Statistical Calculations and Boxplots

This activity reviews GCSE statistical content and introduces the learners to variance, standard deviation and definitions of outliers. It includes working with data on the fx-CG50 covering importing data, managing lists, univariate statistical calculations and boxplots. In common with other resources on data handling here, the data used is taken from the 2021 European Indoor Athletics Championships. The Athletic.csv file is ready to import to the fx-CG50 and is available from the resource centre.
