• we’ve heard from you already
• the reminder offering you the session has expired and we’re re-booking it with you or another trainer
• the session is already confirmed as going ahead (in which case we’ve sent you a confirmation)
• the school has cancelled (in which case we’ve sent you a cancellation)
• the school hasn’t responded and we’re rescheduling (in which case we sent you an email saying so)
